1. Law “On Consumer Protection”

2. Orising Shop return lens:

If the product is not opened and the integrity of the packaging is not violated, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. You can return the item within if:

3. The procedure for exchanging or returning goods to the Orising Shop

If you received a product of improper quality (opened the package and found a production defect) – send us an e-mail marked “Return”:

2) a photograph of the label;
3) a photo of the package.

Packaging must be preserved, otherwise the exchange / return of goods is impossible.

4. Refund:

Approximately within 14 days after receiving the parcel, we study the returned items, decide to return the money to the specified account.
